Waiver & Liability Disclaimer

By purchasing from aminolabs, you (the Buyer) confirm that you are at least 21 years old and have fully reviewed this disclaimer.

Amino Labs and its affiliates are not liable for any damages, whether direct or indirect, arising from the purchase, handling, or use of any product. By purchasing, you agree to indemnify and hold Amino Labs harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses related to product handling, possession, or use.

If you do not agree to these terms, your order will not be processed.

Research-Use Only

All products sold by Amino Labs are for research and laboratory purposes only.

• Not for human or animal consumption
• Not for medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic, or veterinary use
• Not sterile and not tested for safety or efficacy in food/drug applications
• Purchasing products does not grant permission to use them in violation of any law or patent

Customers must:

• Understand all applicable regulations regarding proper handling and laboratory safety
• Be aware of hazards associated with the materials purchased
• Use proper laboratory precautions at all times
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, federal, and international regulations

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if misuse is suspected.

Buyer Responsibility

Buyers are responsible for:

• Conducting independent research on product risks and handling
• Ensuring products are handled only by qualified and trained individuals
• Verifying compliance with all laws in their jurisdiction
• Handling all customs and import obligations outside our shipping country

Amino Labs is not responsible for customs seizures or delays. Products are not dietary supplements and are not intended for therapeutic or diagnostic use.

Returns & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 7 business days of delivery, only for unopened and factory-sealed items (Research SARMs, PCTs, and MEPs only).

• Buyer pays return shipping and must supply tracking
• Refund issued after inspection, minus a 15% restocking fee
• Damaged or missing items must be reported within 7 business days with photo proof
• Order cancellations (before shipping) incur a $25 processing fee
• Once an order is transferred to logistics, it cannot be canceled or modified

Wrong address entered by customer → No refunds or reshipments. A one-time 30% discount may be offered for a replacement order.

Product Quality Guarantee

You may submit products to a licensed HPLC testing facility. If results confirm product failure, we will refund:

• HPLC testing cost
• Product cost + shipping

Affiliate Program Terms

Affiliates must comply with program rules. Violation may result in account termination and forfeiture of commissions. Re-registering after termination is prohibited.

Prohibited behaviors include:

• Bidding on or using Amino Labs brand terms in SEO/PPC ads
• Posting codes on unauthorized coupon or discount websites
• Earning commissions on self-purchases

Amino Labs reserves the right to modify affiliate provisions at any time.

Final Notice

By purchasing from Amino Labs, you acknowledge you are purchasing Research-Use Chemicals only. Any misuse of these products is strictly prohibited.
